Stakeholder Engagement

Softa builds long term digital infrastructure where trust is treated as a design requirement, not a public relations outcome. As our ecosystem scales, we engage with stakeholders who shape real world adoption, public confidence, and governance legitimacy. This page outlines how Softa listens, how feedback is handled, and how engagement is structured to remain lawful, accountable, and respectful of privacy by design.

Softa’s engagement model is built on three principles. Clarity over ambiguity so stakeholders can understand what the platforms do and what they do not do. Restraint over extraction so growth does not depend on behavioural surveillance. Local accountability over centralised control so regions can operate with cultural and legal alignment.

Users and citizens

Softa builds platforms intended to be understandable and controllable for everyday users. ZKTOR is designed around user chosen visibility controls at the point of publishing so individuals can decide whether something is public, friends only, or private. The objective is to reduce misuse pathways, support safer participation, and preserve dignity, particularly for women and vulnerable users.

Feedback from users is handled through structured channels and prioritised into product clarity, safety controls, and governance refinement. Softa’s posture is to improve systems without expanding surveillance. We aim to solve safety problems through prevention by design, clearer user controls, and restrained enforcement rather than broad monitoring.

Creators and community leaders

Softa is designed to support creators and community leaders who want to publish and build audiences without being forced into manipulation driven attention systems. ZKTOR supports clips, long form channels, feeds, pages, clubs, and local discovery as part of an all in one publishing and communication environment. The emphasis is on steady trust based growth rather than engineered virality.

Softa engages with creators and community leaders to improve publishing workflows, language inclusion, community formation tools, and safety expectations. Creator feedback helps refine discovery relevance, reduce harassment exposure, and strengthen dignity preserving participation.

Local businesses and advertisers

Softa is developing a hyperlocal advertising model designed to function without behavioural tracking and without personal profiling. Relevance is grounded in location, language, and context rather than predictions about individuals. This model is intended to support local commerce, essential services, and public information within legal boundaries.

Softa engages with local businesses and advertising stakeholders to refine category suitability, disclosure clarity, and delivery that respects user autonomy. The goal is to build a credible local advertising economy that does not depend on surveillance, identity extraction, or behavioural manipulation.

District operations partners and local professionals

Softa’s operating model is designed to build district level capacity over time. As platforms scale, they require local stewardship, language and cultural support, community operations, and region specific market enablement. This model is intended to create meaningful local employment and reduce forced migration for work by enabling educated young professionals to contribute from their home regions.

Softa engages with local professionals and operations partners through structured playbooks and training oriented processes. Engagement in this domain focuses on readiness, accountability, and lawful operations, so local execution strengthens trust rather than weakening it.

Government and public institutions

Softa engages in dialogue with public institutions that require credible, privacy preserving digital infrastructure. Our systems are designed to support lawful public notices, advisories, and awareness communication through context and locality rather than citizen profiling. The objective is to strengthen public trust and reduce exposure to misuse without expanding surveillance.

Engagement with institutions follows a compliance first posture. Softa clarifies what is technically supported, what is jurisdiction bound, and what is outside the intended capability of the architecture. The intent is to support lawful processes while preserving the privacy preserving constraints that reduce discretionary access and protect citizen dignity.

Universities and research partners

Softa plans structured collaborations with IITs and universities in India and with universities across Europe to advance research on safer digital public environments for present and future generations. The goal is to study what the online world should look like in the age of artificial intelligence when misuse becomes easier, faster, and more scalable.

Research themes include privacy preserving architecture, safety without surveillance, governance models that can scale across cultures, and inclusion of local languages and knowledge systems. Softa also explores long term programmes focused on cultural and linguistic preservation, including knowledge that is not widely available in digital form and languages that are at risk of disappearing from modern technology.

Civil society and safety organisations

Softa welcomes engagement with civil society and safety organisations focused on women’s digital dignity, harm prevention, and responsible online governance. Our approach prioritises prevention by design and due process rather than blanket monitoring. This includes user controlled visibility settings, structured reporting, documented human review for consequential actions, and an appeals pathway intended to reduce arbitrary outcomes.

Engagement in this domain helps improve clarity, strengthen safeguards, and align governance with real world risks while keeping the architecture aligned with privacy by design and data minimisation.

Type Part 3 when you are ready and I will deliver the final section covering media and press, Subkuz editorial independence, investors as stakeholders, and contact and engagement pathways.

Media and press

Softa engages with media as a public accountability stakeholder, not as an amplification channel. We support factual briefings, clear technical explanations, and structured responses to governance and safety questions. The objective is to enable credible reporting without demanding trust based on slogans.

Softa treats scrutiny as a sign of institutional seriousness. Engagement with media focuses on what can be verified, what is designed as a hard constraint, and what is intentionally excluded from the model, such as behavioural profiling and manipulation driven advertising.

Subkuz editorial independence

Subkuz operates as an independent media institution. Editorial decisions are made independently and may include critical analysis of Softa and its products. Softa does not set editorial lines, does not interfere in editorial judgement, and does not apply corporate pressure on coverage.

This independence is a deliberate governance choice. It protects credibility, strengthens institutional trust, and ensures that Subkuz can fulfil media responsibility rather than owner loyalty. Subkuz is designed to contribute to public discourse with accountability and restraint while remaining aligned with the broader values of privacy, dignity, and long term social trust.

Investors and institutions as stakeholders

Softa views investors and institutions as long term stakeholders in system integrity, not merely sources of capital. Engagement in this domain is structured, compliance led, and designed to preserve governance independence. Softa does not make public offers through this website. Any investment discussions are conducted privately with identified persons, are subject to eligibility where applicable, and are executed only in accordance with applicable regulations.

Stakeholder engagement is intended to strengthen institutional understanding of architecture, risk discipline, verification milestones, and jurisdictional boundaries. The goal is alignment on long term infrastructure building rather than short term pressure to monetise users.

How to engage

Softa engages through structured, compliance led dialogues with clear scopes, documented responsibilities, and shared accountability. To help us respond efficiently, please include your organisation or role, geography, engagement intent, and a brief description of the problem you want to solve. Where relevant, include timelines, compliance constraints, and the stakeholders involved.

This page is for institutional context and engagement dialogue. It does not constitute a public solicitation, a contractual offer, or a binding commitment. Any engagement proceeds only through documented, compliance aligned processes.
