Founder, Chief Architect and Global Steward
Sunil Kumar Singh is the founder and chief architect of Softa, and the global steward of its long term vision. His leadership is defined not by scale or speed, but by restraint, research, and responsibility. He founded Softa after years of deep study into how technology shapes societies, economies, and power structures, and how poorly designed digital systems can quietly erode dignity, privacy, and autonomy.
Managing Director Europe (STL Europe Ltd Oy)
Roni Anand Singh represents a new generation of leadership shaped not by legacy alone, but by lived experience in the digital age.
Born in Finland in 2005, Roni grew up inside the Nordic social model a society defined by transparency, institutional trust, technological discipline, and long term thinking. As a member of Generation Z, he belongs to the first generation that has lived seamlessly through mobile computing, real time video communication, and the early rise of artificial intelligence as everyday infrastructure rather than novelty.
EU Head, Market Entry & Operations
Rishika Gupta serves as EU Head, Market Entry & Operations at Softa Technologies Limited. Based in Finland, she supports the company’s planned expansion and operational development across Finland, the Nordic region and the wider European Union.
Her responsibilities include market research, market-entry planning, product localisation, identification of clients and strategic partners, operational coordination and preparation for Softa’s future establishment and growth in the European market.
She works within a defined employment, reporting and authority structure and coordinates with Softa’s management and relevant internal teams in connection with the company’s Finland and EU operations.

Jugal Kishor Jagrat drives Softa Technology’s strategic initiatives, identifying new opportunities and aligning business goals with long term growth. With a forward thinking approach and deep industry insight, he plays a key role in shaping Softa’s market position, fostering innovation, and ensuring sustainable expansion. His leadership helps navigate the evolving tech landscape, positioning Softa as a leader in AI and digital transformation.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Sanit Baban Kale leads Softa Technology’s technological advancements, focusing on innovation, development and the implementation of cutting edge solutions. With a deep expertise in AI, software engineering, and emerging technologies, he drives the company’s R&D efforts to deliver groundbreaking products and services.
