This notice explains how the downloadable Softa website edition handles information. It covers the static and offline reading experience only. Live products, separately hosted services and external destinations have their own applicable notices.
Local reading and search
The downloadable browsing edition contains its pages, styles, scripts and image assets. Local search operates on the included titles, summaries and page text; it does not send search terms to a server. No analytics SDK, advertising pixel, fingerprinting, session replay or external font service has been added.
Reading position is kept in page memory to support local Back and Forward navigation. It is not transmitted or stored in a tracking service. The browser or device may independently maintain history or downloaded files.
External destinations and email
A public-source link, app-store listing or support directory opens an external destination with its own data practices. An email link opens the visitor's email client. This website has no account system, payment processing or enquiry-submission backend.
Illustrations in this edition are conceptual artwork, not captured user activity. The included brand images and diagrams load from the downloaded website rather than a third-party image service.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers the downloadable website only. It does not describe server logs, online enquiries or other processing on separately hosted websites, whose own notices apply.
