ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility
Readable information, keyboard access and meaningful navigation are part of useful service.
Reading and navigation
The static site uses semantic headings, a skip-to-content link, visible focus, ordinary destination links and responsive reading layouts. The main content remains available without JavaScript in the site-folder edition. Local search and the single-file browsing wrapper require JavaScript.
Expandable menus, a responsive footer and in-page contents provide routes through longer material. The D1 navy, cyan and light-surface design has been preserved; illustrations also have readable captions and do not carry essential information solely inside small image text.
Language and motion
The Hindi introduction is a summary of the institution, not a claim that all detailed pages are translated. Motion is limited, and the interface respects reduced-motion preferences. No essential information requires an animated sequence.
Testing records describe the browsers and widths actually examined. This page does not claim a complete independent accessibility certification or universal compatibility with every assistive technology. An access difficulty can be raised through the published corporate contact, identifying the page and the obstacle.
